SaddleBrooke, an active adult retirement community by Robson, was started in 1986. The first phase is nearing completion and the second phase has already been opened.

Located approximately 20 miles north of Tucson, this "country club" style community offers both single and two story homes in classic southwest architecture, ranging in price from the low $100,000's to upwards of $250,000. Situated in the northern foothills of the Catalina Mountains, this community shares the spectacular beauty of the western face of these mountains.

SaddleBrooke offers two separate golf locations, one with 27 holes, the other with eighteen. Each has it's own club house with tennis courts and swimming pool. An activity center has rooms for arts and crafts.

The town of Catalina, located about ten minutes away, provides general shopping as well as several restaurants. A major supermarket and drug store are another five minutes beyond.
